Over all those years, he stayed in touch, never forgetting to send us a holiday card. When we finally decided it was time to sell that same house, John was the first person we called. We had the pleasure of working with both John and John Jr., and they make a fantastic team. We began working with them well before putting the house on the market, and their guidance in preparing it for sale was invaluable. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. They also handled our one-month rent-back after closing seamlessly, making an easy transition.
