We have been Wellesley Residents for 17 years. John and his family have resided here since the beginning of the community. He knows the area intimately. We have always kept up our property and made updates when we could. We approached John a year ago when the possibility of relocation first came up and asked what the next best improvements would be to get the best sales price for our home. John was specific. We listened and did what he asked. The relocation did not happen for another year and we were ready. His team took beautiful pictures of our home and it showed very well. The home was listed on Wednesday and we had a full price contract on Sunday. The Daylor Team took great care of us all the way through the closing process. Our Thanks to all of you!
