John Daylor came highly recommended by several people. He met with me 6 months before I listed my house and walked through the house with me helping me determine what to fix or update. Once I gave him the green light he and his staff stayed in close communication every step of the way. I never wondered what was going on as I was well-informed throughout. John sold the house the day it went on the market! Afterward his staff took care of all the legal and financial details and even went to the house to let in workmen so that I wouldn't have to take off any time from work. The whole thing was 100% accurate and painless!
