John and his team have sold several homes for my family and me in past few years. They handled each sale in a very professional and timely manor. If I had any questions John and his staff were quick to respond to me. I needed a few improvements and repairs to my house and they provided a trusted in house contractor whom exceeded my expectations. It had been many years since we sold our last home and the expectations of the marketplace have dramatically changed. This includes everything from how to prepare your home for selling to the details required to close the sale after a contract has been signed. John and his team did an excellent job of explaining what was needed to sell our home and navigate us through all of the issues required to sell a home. This was done in a very professional manner. We will definitely use John's team in the future to sell or buy a home.
