First, I want to thank John Sr. and the entire team for helping us with the sale of our house. It had been 28 years since we had sold a house and things had surely changed since then. John's expertise in this market helped us get through this entire process. His knowledge of the Short Pump/West End area is fantastic! In our search for the right realtor our friends and acquaintances highly recommended John Sr. In our first meeting in person with John, he asked us how many other agents we were going to interview. He wanted to know which number he was. We told him, with a smile, that he was the only one we were going to interview as we felt he was the best. And boy were we right! He explained things so we could understand what was happening and he kept us updated every step of the way. We were never wondering what was going on.
