Katie did an amazing job assisting us in the purchase of our first home! Buying your first home can be nerve-racking, and Katie made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She was super responsive, honest, and dependable every step of the way! We will definitely be using her for our home needs for years to come.

Katie is incredible, and if you have the opportunity to work with her, don't pass it up. My husband and I were late to the first-time home-buying game because, well, life, and Katie was patient, knowledgeable, kind, highly responsive, and flexible with us for 8 long months while we found our home. She answered every question we ever had and made herself available for showings on short notice. She also reminded us of our values and priorities and was straightforward with us and when she knew something might not be a good fit for our family (with 2 young kids, community and other children to play with were important). She stayed positive and helped me to do the same, which was important because there are a lot of emotional ups and downs in the homebuying process and at times I lost heart. Ultimately, we found the right home for us and got in at a price we were comfortable with that is going to allow us to have the space we want and community for our kids. We could not have done it without Katie's guidance, support, and positivity. She will always have a special place in our family's heart.
