Katie helped us buy our first home which was a great experience in a competitive market. She knows about all of the areas and neighborhoods in Richmond and even if there is something she may be unfamiliar with, she has a contact who can get you an answer. When our family grew, we started looking for a bigger house. Katie was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process of selling our first home and buying our next one. We've recommended her to other friends who also have only had fantastic experiences in buying their next homes.
