John sold a home on our block last fall. He was also recommended by one of our other neighbors. He met with us last fall months before we listed our house. John provided us with detailed research about the Short Pump area with past current and future real estate needs. He and his team were always available for consultations and questions. He made recommendations for home improvements and provided names of qualified contractors to complete the work. We were not just another real estate listing. He and his team provided personalized attention through each step. All of them displayed outstanding professionalism and superb customer service.
