John Daylor and his team absolutely know what they are doing. We could not have been happier with the outcome, but more importantly how they got us to the finish line. Suggestions for getting our house ready, finding the perfect price to garner the interest of buyers. Pictures plus how they show the house on open house day, all helped to get the house sold quickly, and their help getting us through closing and reminders of closing gas, water, etc. all helped to make this major undertaking as stress-free as possible. We moved with a great big smile on our faces.

I had an excellent experience with John Daylor, Jr. and the Daylor Stiles team as a first time home buyer. I was moving from outside the area and John was very helpful in helping me to explore different areas and options. When I ultimately decided to purchase a new construction townhome, John provided valuable insights throughout the process and took the lead on communicating with the sales agent which I greatly appreciated. He regularly visited the site during construction and provided me with progress updates. Sometimes people question whether they need to use an agent when purchasing new construction, but I would highly recommend it, and John in the Daylor Stiles team in particular.

Katie helped us buy our first home which was a great experience in a competitive market. She knows about all of the areas and neighborhoods in Richmond and even if there is something she may be unfamiliar with, she has a contact who can get you an answer. When our family grew, we started looking for a bigger house. Katie was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process of selling our first home and buying our next one. We've recommended her to other friends who also have only had fantastic experiences in buying their next homes. John Daylor Jr. took extra time to really inspect and walk around multiple homes with us & for us through facetime until we found the perfect one!
