We had our home in Wyndham listed with 2 previous agents for over a year. We switched to the John Daylor team on a Friday and had a contract in 2 days. John's experience guidance and advice through the negotiation process proved to be the difference. From there his team of seasoned professionals made the remaining closing steps very painless. We were kept well informed on all aspects of the inspection closing etc.<br />John and his team have shown why they are constantly ranked in the top tier of Richmond agents year over year.
