We recently bought a house and had a wonderful experience working with the John Daylor team especially with Katie Stiles the buying agent. She was very personable and very knowledgeable about the market. We saw as many as 8 houses in one day and although by the end of the day we were exhausted Katie remained as enthusiastic as ever - an absolute delight to work with!<br />It also steered us well during the negotiation and closing process which can be long and cumbersome. However thanks to her initiative and drive we were able to close in less than 45 days. She helped us in numerous ways big and small and continues to do even after the closing.<br />Given our wonderful experience with the team we will ask John to list our previous house as soon as we are ready to sell it. I highly recommend them!

Just closed on selling a 13 acre waterfront lot in Hanover County. John was great to work with from day 1. He is a straight shooter and helped me set an asking price that was perfect for market conditions. The sale was complicated by some legal red tape and John was supportive and very helpful while we worked through the delay.
