John Daylor and his team helped us sell our home in the summer of 2017. His team came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. John met with us on three occasions prior to listing in order to walk through the sale process and introduce his team members and explain each of their roles in the process. His team was available to us at all times - any phone calls or questions we had were answered within 1-2 hours. We relocated during the sale process and we could rest easy knowing that his team was handling all aspects of the transaction in our absence. We were particularly impressed with the way Gwen handled the results of the inspection and coordinated most of the needed repairs. This team is well organized and professional and I do not hesitate to recommend them

John Daylor is the BEST! He helped us sell our house in July 2017. !3 years prior he helped us buy that same home. Over the years John has kept in touch checking in with us regularly. He also helped my mother find a house when she moved to Richmond. Unfortunately we moved out of state and could not use John to help us find our new house.
