John Daylor & John Daylor Jr. were both so unbelievably helpful & responsive! John Daylor Jr. took extra time to really inspect and walk around multiple homes with us & for us through facetime until we found the perfect one! John demonstrated a level of knowledge about the area that was truly impressive and extremely beneficial throughout the entire home-buying process. From the moment we began our search, it was evident that he had an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market. His expertise in the neighborhoods, schools, amenities, local vendors and market trends was crucial in guiding us towards the perfect home. Joyner Fine Properties shows that they have your best interests at heart and I would highly recommend them especially if you are relocating and unfamiliar with the area!
